The large terrace (65m²) offers lots of privacy and is equipped with fitted BBQ and outside shower. There is a table with chairs for that all important 'alfresco dining' and lots of space for sun bathing.

The apartment is conveniently located for both the beach and the town. There are restaurants close at hand and the Old Market and Roman Bridge are only a couple of minutes walk away. You can spend hours strolling the sunny cobblestone streets of this lovely old town with it's restaurants, shops, bars and terraces.

The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and consists of a hallway leading to the spacious living room with wood burner stove and integrated dining room with sliding doors onto the large terrace with beautiful sea views, a fully equipped good size kitchen, three double bedrooms (two with built in wardrobes) - all with quality wooden floors. All bedrooms have access to the second terrace (25m²). Two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath. Satellite TV and air conditioning for heating & cooling.

You reach the apartment by elevator or staircase. There is ample parking space in the area, lots of lovely small restaurants, shops and coffee bars. The railway station is near by, ideal for those who want to explore the Algarve but don't want to drive.  Furthermore, the historical centre of Tavira with the remains of the old castle, the museum, library and, last but not least, the Roman bridge are all within easy reach.
